Hey, my name is Vasilis and I’m coming from Greece. I coach at this amazing place where I can work with great people. My goal is to inspire people, to help them achieve their personal goals and lead by example. When I was growing up I met a lot of coaches in different sports that impacted my physical and mental performance. But the real reason why I’m here is to help you get healthier in your everyday life.
